Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA") and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. The Create Corporation respects your privacy choices and is committed to providing you with meaningful control over your personal information.

What We Mean by "Sale" and "Sharing"

Under applicable law, a "sale" of personal information includes disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Some of our advertising-related activities (such as sharing identifiers, browsing activity, device information, or audience segments with advertising partners, analytics providers, or social media platforms) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable state privacy laws.

Categories of information that may be sold or shared include: identifiers (such as device identifiers and advertising identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and interaction data), and inferences (such as preferences and audience segments).

These disclosures are made to advertising networks, analytics providers, and social media platforms for purposes of targeted advertising, audience measurement, and campaign optimization.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by any of the following methods: (a) Submitting a request to privacy@thecreatecorporation.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." (b) Clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link available in the footer of our Services. (c) Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We recognize and honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.

You do not need to create an account to exercise your opt-out right.

What Happens After You Opt Out

After we process your opt-out request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

We may continue to share information with service providers who perform business functions on our behalf, as permitted by applicable law. We may also continue to use your information for our own internal purposes, including analytics, service improvement, fraud detection, and security.

Your experience with our Services may include less personalized advertising, but your access to and use of our Services will otherwise remain unchanged.

Your opt-out choice will be applied to the specific browser, device, or account from which you submit the request. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to opt out on each one, unless you are logged into an account that syncs your privacy preferences across sessions and devices.

Your Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information, California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your information.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law, such as where retention is necessary to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or detect security incidents.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable, and machine-readable format, to the extent technically feasible.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to direct us to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Services you have requested.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied access to our Services because you have exercised a privacy right.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request or other privacy rights request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization signed by the consumer granting the agent permission to act on their behalf. We may require the consumer to verify their own identity directly with us and to confirm that they have authorized the agent to submit the request.

Response Timeline

We will respond to verified opt-out and privacy rights requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require additional time to process your request, we will notify you of the extension, which shall not exceed an additional forty-five (45) days. We will not charge a fee to process your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
